KIS Company Agent
KIS Company Agent is a private internal Slack assistant operated by Noemi Kis and her small company team. It is available only to approved team members and is not open to the public.
What the agent does
The agent helps authorized team members:
- Research information on the web.
- Search the shared hello@noemikis.com Gmail inbox.
- Search and read company files in the Google Drive authorized by noemi.kis@gmail.com.
- Create email drafts for a team member to review.
- Remember explicitly requested team facts and follow internal workflows.
Separate access and human approval
Gmail and Google Drive are authorized separately. Granting access to one service does not grant access to the other.
The agent never sends email automatically. A designated human must review and approve the exact draft in Slack before it can be sent.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide the internal-assistant functions requested by authorized team members. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train public AI models.
