KIS Company Agent Terms of Service
These terms apply to approved KIS & Co team members who use the company's private internal assistant.

Private internal service
KIS Company Agent is a private internal tool for specifically authorized KIS & Co team members. It is not a public service, and access is limited to approved users and workspaces.
Acceptable use
Users may request access only to information they are authorized to handle. Users must not submit unlawful or harmful requests or provide confidential information belonging to a third party without permission.
Review of outputs
The agent can make mistakes. Users are responsible for reviewing responses, summaries, links, drafts, and other output before relying on or sharing them.
Approval before sending or publishing
Email sending and public publishing require explicit human approval. The agent does not send email automatically. An authorized human must review and approve the exact email draft in Slack before it is sent.
Access and availability
Access may be suspended or revoked to protect security, respond to misuse, or manage team permissions. The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable, including when an outside provider is unavailable.
No warranty
The service is provided for internal convenience on an “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that every response will be complete, accurate, or available without interruption. Users should independently verify important information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noemi Kis and KIS & Co will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service. This does not limit responsibility where the law does not allow such a limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
