Operator and contact

KIS Company Agent is operated by Noemi Kis and her team. Privacy questions, correction requests, and deletion requests may be sent to hello@noemikis.com.

Information the agent accesses

Depending on an authorized team member's request, the agent may access:

• Google account identity information needed to verify the authorized account.
• Shared Gmail message metadata and content when a user asks the agent to search messages or prepare a draft.
• Google Drive file names, metadata, links, and readable content when a user asks the agent to search for or read a file.
• Slack messages sent to the agent and relevant thread context needed to understand and answer the request.

How information is used

Information is used only to answer authorized team requests, search company information, prepare drafts, return requested links or summaries, and maintain internal memory that a team member explicitly asks the agent to save.

Separate Google authorization

Gmail access uses the shared hello@noemikis.com account. Google Drive access uses the account noemi.kis@gmail.com. Each connection has its own OAuth token and scopes. Authorizing one does not authorize the other.

Human approval for email

The agent cannot send email on its own. Sending requires an authorized human to review and approve the exact draft in Slack.

Storage and retention

OAuth tokens are stored securely so authorized access can continue until it is revoked. The service keeps operational records such as drafts, approvals, and explicitly saved team memory.

The service does not intentionally create a separate permanent archive of searched Gmail messages or Google Drive file contents. Information is retained only as needed to operate the service, meet security needs, or until access is revoked or deletion is requested.

Service providers

Google APIs provide Gmail and Google Drive access. Slack provides the team interface. Anthropic processes relevant request context to generate responses. Render hosts the service. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the agent and is subject to their service terms.

No sale, advertising, or unrelated sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes. It is not used to train public AI models.

Google API Limited Use

KIS Company Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Safeguards include restricted team and channel access, least-privilege permission scopes, encrypted connections to service providers, separate account tokens, and required human approval before an email is sent.

Your choices

An authorized user may revoke Google access through the Google Account permissions page, stop using the service, or ask for deletion or correction by emailing hello@noemikis.com.

Children

KIS Company Agent is a private business tool and is not directed to children.
