For the longest time, I was a "cloud" AI user. I opened Claude, I chatted, I got my answers, I closed the tab.
Then I did something different. I downloaded AI locally (using Hermes) and started building agents.

They're accelerating. You're riding the wave up, not fighting the current.
They create brand-new pain points. These are fresh problems few have solved — so the market isn't saturated. You can own a piece of it.
That's the magic combo: real unmet demand + fast growing.
And now, you can actually build for these people in a weekend.
This is what makes this moment different.
And then you go find these people where they already gather: Facebook groups, Reddit communities, school groups, niche communities — and you reach out.
